I'm Brandon.
Senior product manager by trade. Full-stack AI builder by choice.
10 years shipping product at Walmart, Inkbox, and Dolls Kill. Then I quit to prove one person with AI can build what used to take a team of five. The proof shipped in 4 weeks.
About me
Bridging product intuition and technical execution.
I studied Computer Science at Chapman, then spent nearly a decade in product — hypergrowth DTC at Dolls Kill, eCommerce personalization at Inkbox, seller experience for Walmart's $10B+ marketplace.
Then I stepped away from a comfortable job because I kept noticing that the most important product problems were somewhere else entirely. We're at an inflection point where one person can do what used to require a team of five.
The proof: Talimo— a full AI-powered medical education platform, built from scratch in four weeks. Design, product, engineering — solo.
Technical foundation
CS degree, built a full-stack AI product solo. I read code, understand system design tradeoffs, and ship.
AI product intuition
Hands-on experience building with LLMs, RAG, and non-deterministic systems. I know what's possible and what's hard.
Scale experience
Led product for 100K+ sellers at Walmart. Comfortable with complexity, cross-org alignment, and high-stakes tradeoffs.
Ruthless prioritization
Data-informed decisions paired with strong product instinct. I scope small and iterate fast.

Where I've worked
- Designed, built, and shipped a full-stack AI education platform solo in 4 weeks — now used by 500+ medical and health science students
- Architected a streaming AI pipeline (Claude + Whisper + Next.js) that turns a 3-hour manual process into 30 seconds, handling lecture-to-study-material generation at scale
- Built a cross-feature AI tutor that tracks each student's strengths, weaknesses, and retention across the platform — then adapts content, explanations, and practice questions to target their specific gaps
- Led catalog onboarding and seller experience for a $10B+ marketplace supporting 100K+ third-party sellers
- Identified a high-friction onboarding gap where new sellers failed to create their first item — cut drop-off by 50% through a focused cross-functional roadmap
- Synthesized seller interviews, support data, and behavioral metrics to reduce catalog search error rates by 35%
- Drove a 20-point increase in ASUS score by prioritizing and shipping low-effort UX and quality fixes across seller workflows
- Owned the end-to-end eCommerce site experience, partnering with exec leadership to shape product priorities and align roadmap with growth goals
- Stood up an A/B testing platform and created a testing framework that informed roadmap decisions across the org
- Onboarded a personalization engine powering dynamic category pages with behavior-based ranking logic
- Supported hypergrowth at a Sequoia- and Maveron-backed DTC brand during a period of 10x revenue growth
- Launched an online returns portal, loyalty program, and referral flow — improving retention and reducing support volume
- Led digital initiatives enabling omnichannel expansion including in-store pickup and returns
